Being since 2007 one of the pioneers of coaching in Poland, I have been spreading the idea of coaching in our region with personal commitment. My unsurpassed master and great teacher in the field of coaching is Gerard O'Donovan – the founder and president of the Noble Manhattan Coaching school. In 2012, I was appointed to the Board of the International Institute of Coaching & Mentoring, serving as a Member of the Board and President of Accreditation. I am also a member of the Polish Chamber of Coaching, being involved in the work of the Committee on Ethics and Standards. For many years I have been conducting individual coaching (life, executive, career coaching), coaching supervision and master classes for young coaches as well as coaching workshops for companies and organizations in Polish and English. Over 500 coaches from all over the world have been educated and certified internationally under my supervision. I have conducted over 10,000 hours of individual coaching and over 5,000 hours of workshops, lectures, supervision and coaching trainings. I am a co-author of the book "Professional coaching. Ethical principles and dilemmas in the work of a coach" and author of numerous industry articles in the field of coaching, career and development.
