For 20 years I have been working in an international business environment in organizations such as Orange and Asseco. I started as a consultant and specialist in the training department, which I later led in a role of a manager. Then I moved my career to the area of B2B sales as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager and Sales and Development Director. All this gave me the ability to look at organizations from different perspectives and multiple levels of management. All of this is necessary in my work as a trainer, coach and consultant, and thus to understand the business.
